Second best game of Supermassive Games (best being Until dawn of course) and the only decent one in the whole Dark Pictures anthology. Interesting story with some genre change I didn't see coming, likable characters that you actually care about not to die (Salim alone deserves huge praise), lots of action. If you like this type of cinematic games - give House of Ashes a try.
ngl this game sucks unless you're playing with a friend, which then turns it into the greatest game of all time
Its b-movie i get it. It has poor writing, clunky controls and those QTE kills me or at least most of my characters. But i actually enjoyed it
Me and my boy just got through this and we're screaming Van Salim! at the end so yeah it was a pretty good experience. Characters are mostly good and compelling -- Story is the best in the Anthology it's simple, has it's comedic moments and satisfying cheesefest. 11/10 Van Salim! -- Pick this up if it's on sale and play with a friend you'll have a great time.
Overall an interesting story, did not expect it to be so well written! 10/10
It's not necessarily a bad game, but it's definitely my least favorite of The Anthology. I feel like the big reveal is completely disjointed from where you start in the game, and it should've been made into 2 (or more) different stories.
