i've liked it so far even if i hoped it would be more shmup-focussed instead of being a scrolling survivors-like the loot system is good, all that's really lacking is content that would make you want to do multiple runs and try and better your gear for. i would suggest trying to nail that down first rather than adding new classes with a decent base and this year's roadmap outlined, this game is at least worth keeping an eye on for now
Simple but addicting gameplay loop. Poe/Diablo-like loot system that makes you do just one more run for another upgrade. There is enough content even in EA to justify the pretty cheap price point, especially on sale.
This game is a lot of fun. Very deep for a solo dev indie game. The games discord is active and helpful as well. Really looking forward to the continued updates. The game keeps you coming back for 1 more run. Its like POE, Diablo, and Last Epoch but in quicker spurts. I want to say without the time investment, but the hours will keep adding up.
Arpg that isn't scared to let you actually get OP. Yeah it breaks some stuff and has some bugs, but that's the nature of infinite scaling, unpredictable things happen with very large numbers. If you wanna play something with massive scaling potential where you can sit back and chill for a few hours, sweat your ass off, or sit in your stash or the combat dummy perfecting your build, this is your game.
Absolutely lovely! Permanent Path of Exile style loot mixed with auto-scrolling rougelike gameplay and Diablo 2 style skill trees. Just ticks all the right boxes for me and is clearly made by someone who cares about these gameplay elements and understands what makes them fun.
Presented with class choices, randomly chose beastmaster. Decided to go all-in on theme, 2 minions + buff skill Found a weapon with +10 lightning damage to abilities and +8% attack damage. I equipped it. My minion's damage didn't go up at all. If you want a game with nonsensical equipment descriptions so you equip a chest piece and _hope_ your damage goes up, because the ability descriptions don't match the effect, well boy howdy is this the game for you!
