I went into this game knowing very little about it other than a short clip that looked like Dead Space, which sold it for me. I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great. The story was okay; someone else said it was mostly vibes, which I think sums it up perfectly. I would have preferred a bit more substance, especially because it started off so strong. It really fell off for me near the end. If the game had ended 30 minutes earlier, it would have been great.
Top 10 survival horror game. Great atmosphere and tight balance on your initial playthrough. NG+ has it's moments but you're a little beefier in it so not as tough. Easy recommendation.
Can absolutely recommend! It's a fantastic mix of Resident Evil and Dead Space. The controls are really good, the atmosphere, the jumpscares, the story! Bravo. The game has 3 endings, whereas you can press "continue" before starting NG+ to reveal the 2nd ending. The 3rd ending is with NG+ Solid 9/10
Bloober team does it once again. Cronos is a deeply atmospheric, challenging game. It has a simple, emotionally driven story that ripples outward into its world. Looking from the outside in, the story seems illogical, until you simply lets the rich game lore wash over you. A strong 8/10 in my books, with good replayability. Looking forward to future content and/or a sequel to this game.
Another UE5 stutter fest. Seems like a good game, will probably try it on console. Can't recommend based on performance alone.
