Fun game for playing with other players. Grew up with this game and coming back to it several years later it's still amazing.
Yooo.. You there. I know you got your salary, just believe me, this masterpiece is worth to purchase. I have only spend few hours for this game. However I would say this is a one of the great underated Indie game. If you got to play with your friends, it will be hell lot of fun tbh.
Castle Crashers® is basically “save the princess” but with maximum cartoon violence and zero brain cells involved. Spam buttons, steal loot, scream at your friends - 10/10 chaos, would crash castles again.
maybe i just dont like beat em ups and never played this as a kid but the amount of praise this game gets just doesnt make sense. the weird semi-3d space you operate in is jank and leads to you often swinging above your enemy and missing. most abilities are bad and it does not feel like i am actually doing significant damage to enemies. the hand drawn animations and classic newgrounds humor are fantastic but i have never booted this game up and really had fun with the gameplay
