What the Community Is Saying
Players love the raw originality—using only audio to solve crimes feels both refreshing and deeply satisfying. Main criticism: the short runtime, though the solid mystery design and fair challenge keep most players satisfied despite the brevity.
definitely unique in presentation, unheard really puts me in mind of a lot of nintendo ds murder mystery games in how unpredictable it feels; even in places where it feels clunky there's a real charm to the fundamental mystery structure
It’s a novel, original idea and it’s pulled off quite well. You’re left to find the truth using nothing but spoken dialogue, and the game doesn't try to steer your thoughts. These kinds of games are usually pretty tough, but this one is just the right amount of challenging without ever feeling unfair. The plot was also remarkable.
I really liked the idea behind the game, the execution maybe got a bit slow at times but still overall quite enjoyable 7/10 Audiofiles
Quite good. The voice acting could use some improvement, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. Too bad 2 of the DLCs are still untranslated from Chinese. Oh well. Regardless, I still very much recommend this game to any puzzle/detective game fans.
I played this game as a playtest at Gamescom already and got very invested. And even replaying it a few years later again this concept is a lot of fun. It is very satisfying to peace together the puzzles with listening to different parts! I will say however, it is a rather short game imo. It does have a DLC tho!
