Why SIGNALIS Is Trending Right Now
SIGNALIS is trending with a commanding 97% positive review score from 22,035 players, but the 7-day trend shows a sharp -50% decline in peak concurrent players (413 24h peak). For a 3+ year-old indie title, this dip reflects typical lifecycle patterns rather than quality concerns—it's a slow-burn discovery game.
What sets SIGNALIS apart: a cryptic, layered narrative that rewards multiple playthroughs and community discussion, plus environmental design that rivals AAA titles. Target audience: survival horror fans and narrative junkies willing to embrace ambiguity over hand-holding.

What the Community Is Saying
Players rave about the layered narrative, world-building, and artistic presentation—calling it a 'cryptic masterpiece' and 'interpretive artifact.' The main criticism: the story's ambiguity is deliberate but demanding, and some find survival mechanics like aim lock occasionally frustrating.
Picked this up on a whim bc it looked promising and found one of the best games I've ever played. Genuinely a work of art and an exemplary game. It simply blows everything else out of the water. I would f*ck this game if I could. No, not Elster, she's taken. The whole game.
Really good game, would recomand it if deep world buidling and really good story is what you search for in games. gameplay itself could have been in my opinion a little bit tweaked, for example there were times where i have aimed a gun and it has not locked in on an enmy even though it should have been. but all in all it is a great experiance, 8.7/10 would play again
For my first foray into the survival horror genre, I cannot reccomend this game enough. A well done story, nerve wracking gameplay, and outstanding enviornmental design. I cannot reccomend it enough to anyone looking to try a survival horror game. 10/10. I am already anticipating the next time I play it.
Convoluted, ambiguous, obscure... masterpiece. I partially wish the game didn't require multiple playthroughs or a YouTube video to piece it together, but frankly, I'm glad that something this unique exists. This is not a game, its a cryptic puzzle-like interpretive artifact, presented as game.
Great visuals, compelling story. so many questions
Cool story, great puzzles, terrible gameplay
