Why Resident Evil Revelations 2 Is Trending Right Now
RE Revelations 2 isn't trending—it registered 0 concurrent players in the last 24 hours with a flat 7-day trend (+0%). However, its 75% positive rating from 8,206 reviews proves it remains a solid single-player experience for survival horror fans willing to revisit an 11-year-old game.
It stands out for significantly improved controls and dodging compared to the first Revelations, plus surprisingly strong secondary characters that enable creative combat strategies. Best for solo players seeking classic survival horror with modern polish—definitely not for anyone expecting an active co-op community.

What the Community Is Saying
Players love the responsive controls, satisfying melee combat, and overpowered secondary characters that enable creative strategies. Main complaint: brutal achievement hunting and a completely dead multiplayer scene that was once a selling point.
very fun last of us type of gameplay, loved the story and the style!
The secret is that the secondary character the "useless" ones are the op ones. Flashlight blind is the strongest thing in the game, so is brick throw. This game is good.
Nice graphics for the time, way better controls than the first revelations. Dodging is so much easier, most achievements are offline so no need to find a partner. Raid mode is much more clean and has kill counter so you don't miss any targets that are hiding. Doesn't seem as active as the first though and the RE net challenges are lvl 40+ so you will need to do daily missions to level up fast.
♥♥♥♥ getting 100% on this god forsaken game, the achievement hunting is nearly or maybe even worse than the first Revelations. The actual gameplay is decent and is a definite upgrade from the first game.
pretty decent quite alright yup yup yup its got bad and good and all that
"Online Co-op" yet needs a third party app to work, and is also not online through the game, needs steam remote play, maybe don't just check every game label when you launch it
