Why Resident Evil Revelations Is Trending Right Now
Resident Evil Revelations isn't trending at all—it has zero concurrent players in the last 24 hours and flat 0% movement. It only appears in searches from Resident Evil franchise completionists trying to fill gaps in their collection or budget horror fans willing to tolerate 13-year-old mechanics.
This is a survival-horror title, slower and less action-focused than modern RE games like RE4 Remake or Village. The Raid mode co-op is the main draw, but the community is completely dead. Target audience: hardcore RE fans, not newcomers looking for a current horror game.
Key Stats
Trending in the Steam Shooter category with 461 concurrent players and +213/wk followers gained this week.
What the Community Is Saying
Players praise Raid mode's co-op fun and the campy story, but the campaign feels forgettable and mechanics are visibly dated. It's a budget play for RE franchise completionists, not a standalone recommendation.
Honestly, the game is weird and I don't really think it's good. It's just a very meh game to me. Like sure I recommend it because it's part of the story and it's not garbage but I don't rate it high. BUT the raid mode kind of slaps to be honest. 5/10
6/10 game. Game is obviously outdated but has its moments with his B-movie tier story (not meant in a bad way). If they ever decide to remake this, this could be an easy 7 IF they have the RES 4 remakes gunplay. Chris and Jill in their *shiny, tight and spankable* wetsuits - will be missed.
I don't remember a thing, but I played it in 2016. Judging by the achievements, I made my way through all 12 chapters, so the game must not have sucked. I just sat through a 20-minute story recap and still didn't recognize a single thing apart from the final boss. What a memorable game.
Pretty enjoyable game, if you can get it for cheap it is worth it, outdated but still fun to play. Overall 6/10
Great RE game -turn off mouse acceleration + Aim assist for kbm -ultrawide needs a mod is as well as one for FOV
