Multiplayer (specifically co-op) is incredibly buggy. Even if I keep my severity to 0, and have 0 symptoms that I keep devolving (let's forget the fact that there are mutations happening every 5 seconds and they cost 20 DNA points to devolve at a certain point, very fair guys), the world still magically cures my disease with like 3% every day. Unfair.
