Why Labyrinthine Is Trending Right Now

Labyrinthine hit 559 concurrent players in the last 24 hours, down a brutal 63% over the past week. Yet its 85% positive rating across 9,426 reviews proves the core audience still loves it. At $3.99, it's clawed back respect as a hidden gem in the co-op horror space, even as momentum fades.

Labyrinthine stands out by scaling 1-8 players—far more flexible than typical co-op shooters. Roguelike progression + procedurally generated maps mean no two runs feel identical. Reviews consistently highlight the co-op terror factor with friends, but warn solo players: you'll feel lonely in those endless hallways without a squad.

Players rave about co-op thrills, visuals, and the shared horror atmosphere—especially in squads. Main complaint: difficulty spikes and confusing level progression make solo campaigns feel punishing and disorienting.

This game is freaking awesome. I mean, THE GRAPHICS. And the thrill! Compliments to the chef. That's all.

This game is very fun, its great to play with friends, as long as you dont lose them in the endless hallways.

Last time I played was in 2021 and back then it was already one of my favorite horror games. Unfortunately I have no friends to play with at all, but I assure you, if you are a group of friends, you will have your fun with it. :)

Loved this game, played with a close group of friends, it was scary. but def worth it.

Fun puzzle game. Cool that there are different type of enemies on each board. Kind of confused as to how each level relates to the next. Difficulty typically increases by level, but level 2 and level 4 were quite difficult, probably because everything in the maps were so similar so it was hard to differentiate or know where you were.

👎 Not Recommended 5h played

Starts off great but it becomes such a boring chore. It becomes more annoying than scary very quickly.
