Players love the fully destructible world, active development cycle, and 7 Days to Die vibes at a bargain price. Main criticism: rough early-access state and incomplete content loops compared to polished survival alternatives.

It's very, very early access. The guy is in the chat sorting issues and adding to the game. Think "7 Days to Die" but back at the start and the Dev isn't telling you how to play but asking you how you want to play

👍 Recommended 7h played

Game is still rough, but worth the money. This gives me the feel of 7 Days, but in a newer form. Simple, fun and constantly being worked on - which is ALWAYS a plus.

Common Questions About Human Host

Is Human Host worth buying in 2026?

Yes, if you crave zombie survival crafting. 88% positive reviews and active weekly development justify the $6.92 investment. Main catch: it's early access, so expect rough edges and balance shifts. But players report consistent improvement.

How many players does Human Host have?

409 peak in the last 24 hours, up +191% over 7 days. That's solid growth for an 84-day-old title, but it's still a small community compared to 7 Days to Die or Valheim.

Is Human Host multiplayer or co-op?

No—Human Host is singleplayer only. Multiplayer or co-op features aren't mentioned in the description or community reviews, so this is a solo survival experience.

How long does it take to beat Human Host?

There's no end-goal; it's procedurally generated endless survival. Playtime scales with your ambition—sessions can last hours or entire weekends depending on how elaborate your base becomes and how long you survive.
