Great game with a unique setting and story reminds me of other time specific farming games.

As someone with HUNDREDS of hours in Stardew Valley but with excessive burnout, this was exactly what I needed. Halcyon Days at Taoyuan fills such a special place that I didn't realise needed it. The gameplay, the music, the characters, the setting... it's beautiful. You can tell this is an absolute labour of love and I cannot wait to see where the devs take it ♥
A farming sim with the title of "The Chinese Stardew" that has male & female gender options? Count me in! Even after 15 minutes you can tell it's got heaps of content and it's special - not had this feeling since probably Coral Island or Sandrock. For £10, it's already worth every penny!
This game is almost like Stardew Valley mixed with an Asian inspired story. It is unique in that you are able to tame beasts instead of just killing them off. My favorite part has to be getting new clothing and leveling up on my skills.
