You have NO IDEA how many HOURS I spent playing the Sushi-Go-Round flash game as a kid. This concept is incredibly similar but instead of unlocking the same recipes at each level, you unlock a random assortment of recipes via roguelite shop mechanics, plus price/efficiency modifiers. I have been waiting for a game like this for so long since flash died. I am going to make SO MUCH SUSHI.
Goblin Sushi scratched that itch that balatro triggered in me too. The runs and unlockables are fun and have a good length, and the gameplay is varied enough to keep you coming back for more. The game is great, but Twitch viewers ruin everything by spamming the same dishes over and over. I’d like to see more meta‑progression between runs, more automation, clear in‑game achievements, and greater build variety. I really don’t understand the absurd numbers in the achievements — how is anyone supposed to play 500 runs?
