What the Community Is Saying
Players rave about Pagan Min, the expanded arsenal, and visuals that hold up surprisingly well; many call it the best Far Cry entry. Main gripe: age-related performance issues and co-op achievements that lock solo players out of 100%.
overall pretty neat game. visuals still look stunning 12 years later, if you enjoyed far cry 3 there is a high chance you'll enjoy this one. loads more activities to do and existing ones that were in 3 have been enhanced. if you like achievement hunting high chance you wont like it because there are co op achievements
It works great on the steam deck, just launch once on desktop mode so uplay updates properly
A staple Far Cry game, basically took 3's template and expanded it. This is my favorite entry in the series, attributed to the large weapon arsenal available, gunplay, environment, and the main villain Pagan Min.
Was not able to play the game at all due to ubisoft connects incompetent and unecessarily difficult login system... No matter how many time I tried my account was immedietly suspended Complicating a simple login system for a game we want to play offline/singleplayer is one of the dumbest decisions made.
