Elden Ring is pure greatness. I’ve spent countless hours in this world, finished Ng2, and I still want more. You never get tired of exploring it. The game doesn’t force you to beat a boss right away. If you’re stuck, you can go explore, get stronger, then come back and destroy it. Even in the realm of shadow. That freedom is satisfying. Taking a short break, then it’s time for Ng3 :>
9/10 game huge amounts of replay ability, immersive world and fun game play would recommend, however things that keep it from being a 10 are parrying PvE in Co-op sucks (Classic FetidPot Formsoft Netcode), DS3 did invasions better (rip Covenants my beloved), this game came out in 2022 why is the fps locked to 60?, game has no settings for ultrawide, getting rid of chromatic aberration, or getting rid of vignette.
Elden ring is amazing only when you have ability to enjoy it. Locations, enemies or collecting your build is what makes this game bring such amazing emotions.. BUT. The biggest problem that I have a skill issue and frame issue as well.. Playing elden ring at 40-45 fps doesn't help me at all.. So I'll definitely come back once I get better device..
How does a PC port not have uncapped framerate or ultrawide support in 2026? Just play this on your console if you already own it, literally no reason to buy this.
