Why Dishonored Is Trending Right Now

Dishonored's 97% positive rating across 49,843 reviews keeps it relevant 14 years after launch, with 2,321 players still logging in daily. The -23% weekly trend reflects natural decline for an older title, but the review volume proves it's a reference standard for immersive sims.

Unlike linear shooters, Dishonored lets you tackle every objective your way—ghost it, go lethal, use supernatural powers, or hybrid approaches. It's essential for fans of immersive sims and stealth games who value level mastery and replayability over gunplay dominance.

Players rave about level design, freedom of approach, and atmospheric steampunk world that still holds up after 14 years. Main criticism: non-lethal builds feel locked out of cool abilities, making replay incentives uneven.

A masterpiece. Not much I can say about this game 14 years later, only that it still holds up in level design, freedom of gameplay for how to tackle the missions and, mostly, atmosphere. Coming from the big heigh of steampunk, few pieces of media did it as good as Dishonored. If you haven't yet, just get this game.

Dishonored is awesome. I love exploring the world, blinking from rooftop to rooftop, stealing cash and eating rotten apples from once beautiful homes in this beautifully rotten world. I could replay this game every year and still see something new everyplaythrough. Be sure to buy GOTY edition so you can play the DLCs, which are worthy playing.

Ok, the game is definitely fun, but it's incredibly obnoxious that if you want to play through the good path of the game, you effectively get no new tools throughout the entire game. All of the fun techniques are reserved for evil playthroughs, which is a damn shame I think the game plays significantly better when combat isn't the player's primary focus and skill system should have rewarded that

How many players does Dishonored have?

2,321 players peaked in the last 24 hours. The playerbase is declining 23% week-over-week, which is normal for a 14-year-old title. It's a small but devoted crowd.
