Deadline Escape — Is It Worth Playing in 2026?

For the price, I'd say this is a good little PVE extraction shooter. I've enjoyed what I've played so far and haven't really experienced any performance issues or bugs, pretty solid so far.

Honestly i cant even remember adding this game to my wishlist. I got notified it released, saw the price tried it and this game has no bussines being this good for this price. It doesnt feel clunky it plays well, yeah there could be some QOL improvements here or there, but it feels and plays like a proper game.

The game has had a major glowup from the jank demo days and honestly its such a fun game for the price. Many other Asset flips who do this low poly shooter stuff all feel samey but the mechanics and looting are so fun and the progression is almost exactly how id want it so big recommend! Id hope one day for more maps or loot but its very fun for what its worth.

Very fun, lots of quests at the start to really get you invested. Some tweaks or QOL changes for inventory and looting would be amazing.

Clearly an indie game, but clearly the dev loves what they do. It's obviously not perfect, but for a simple pve extraction shooter, it's awesome. Loads and loads of content right out the gate as far as variety of weapons, quests, and things to buy/unlock/upgrade. Can't wait to see what the dev has in store for this down the road!

game crashed and blew up my computer. it's lightweight fun that reminds me of project silverfish but needs more QoL inventory stuff like sorting, depositing, tagging items. if this had some passive skills & trader rep implemented my life would be yours
