Dead Cells is just straight-up fun. The combat feels smooth and fast, and experimenting with different weapons never gets old. It’s challenging, but in a way that makes you want to try again instead of rage quit. There’s a ton of variety, so runs don’t feel the same every time. Super easy to lose hours to this one.
Man... this game is awesome. With each game of this calibre I play, the more I am swaying wayyy over towards Indie, and leaving AAA behind. There is a ridiculous amount of game here, with dlc that add more ridiculous amounts of gameplay.
A great mix of mindless action packed gameplay and character building.
Great fun and lets you chose how to play. Tons of options and many DLC. Sick of 3d games and everything that comes with it? Try this it's inexpensive and better than tons of real expensive really hard to run AAA games.
A superb fast-paced roguelite with deep combat and huge weapon variety. I stopped after my first clear, unlike the 100-hour veterans, but I have zero regrets. Highly recommended for genre fans.
